Please check your order upon receipt and reach out to us right away if there’s any defect, damage, or if the incorrect item was sent. We’ll promptly assess the issue and resolve it.

Cancellations and Shipping Policy
We understand cancellations may be necessary, and we’ll do our best to help. However, international orders follow a specific cancellation policy:
- Shipped Orders: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed, as they’re managed by the shipping provider.
- Unshipped Orders: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations aren’t possible as processing will have started.
International Delivery and Liability
For international orders marked as delivered, we aren’t responsible for any loss or theft occurring after delivery. If your item is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact your local postal service or customs authority for assistance, as Curl Rock and Roll cannot assume liability for such incidents.
